Missing out on our 2020 vintage (fires and smoke!), we had high hopes our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon. And it did not disappoint! This was the first vintage we harvested from our new north block vineyard. If this is any indication of the years to come we could not be happier!

Tasting Notes
Starting out in the glass with a bright saturated hue, this wine is a beauty from first glance. The aromas of Marion berry, blackberry bramble, and cocoa powder jump out at you. On the palate you find smooth age-worthy tannins balanced with ripe dark fruit. This wine has body and character that will show very well for many years.
Knowing this wine will age well we also bottled it in magnums for the best aging potential!
